Francis’ main areas of practice are Employment Law and Dispute Resolution, acting on behalf of a variety of clients in relation to a range of matters. Francis has particular experience advising clients in proceedings before the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunal. In addition, Francis regularly appears for Social Housing Landlords in proceedings before the County Court.

Francis also assists professional bodies in relation to regulatory matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
