Claire’s main areas of practice are Housing Law, Banking Litigation, Debt Recovery including Insolvency and Commercial Litigation in both the County Court and High Court Jurisdictions. Claire has particular expertise in ejectment proceedings and injunctions on behalf of Social Housing Landlords. She also regularly advises Commercial Property Landlords in respect of landlord: tenant issues.

Claire’s client’s include International Finance providers, National companies and private individuals. Claire provides advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Claire also advises clients in relation to the financial implications of separation and divorce.
